This FAANG company had a substantial user base across two primary segments. At that point in time, there was no foundational research that explored understanding the main feature gaps, conversion funnel optimizations and new opportunities within the context of Integrated Billing (IB). The primary goal of this 4-part diary study was to better understand the E2E IB user experience through the lens of the product area’s CUJs and to identify opportunities for 2024 roadmap improvements.

  • "Stephanie worked with me on a complex vendor-assisted research project. While it was Stephanie's first-time working on a diary study, in a brand new topic space, she didn't shy away! Instead she asked thoughtful questions, took thorough notes, did her own external research, and clarified along the way. We quickly aligned on a working process together to ensure we'd meet team deadlines and she got to work! Stephanie checked-in often, keeping me updated on the project and shared early drafts of the report in multiple rounds to ensure she was creating work useful to our team. Our XFN team was blown away by the speed and clarity of the report. It spun-up multiple similar studies in other markets and is being used to prepare next year's strategy papers. Stephanie is a pleasure to work with. She is conscientious, humble, and brings energy to her work while advocating for the user"

  • Stephanie is one of the most welcoming and friendly coworkers I've ever worked with. When I joined Key Lime Interactive, she was the one that helped me onboard and taught me the nuanced processes of the Youtube Rapid Research team. She was always quick to respond and always willing to help, no matter how last minute the ask was. As a newcomer to the team, I had so many questions about how to write scripts that aligned with YTRR's policies and Stephanie guided me through the process. Because of her positive and friendly attitude, I felt comfortable asking her questions and putting my trust in her. In addition, during our team meetings, she wasn't afraid to speak up and call out any concerns that we all felt. I feel that her contributions to both me and the YTRR team were extremely valuable.

  • Steph is not only an amazing and talented researcher but is also a great human being. Steph has mentored me since we started working together. She is always ensuring a safe and welcoming space for everyone which makes working on difficult projects easy. She is always educating me on new methods, insights, tools, etc. in relation to UXR and DEI. She is without a doubt someone who would be an asset to any team. One example of her going above and beyond what a researcher should do is by spending time improving our Employee Engagement Committee again to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

    — Alyssa Escanio, UX Research & Recruiting Coordinator

  • I have had the pleasure of working with Steph over the past few years. As her manager, I appreciate her positive and genuine personality. She was a consistent voice in our team meetings, often inspiring others to speak up and contribute. She made my job as a manager much easier. As a colleague, I admire her ability to bring up others around her. She has an innate ability to make others around her feel welcomed and included. In the UX space that is an invaluable skill. As a friend, I am grateful for Steph. She constantly checks in on me and asks how I’m doing. She is someone you WANT to work with. I would strongly recommend Steph for any UX Research role. It has been a pleasure to know and work with her.
